What are Antipatterns

Antipatterns are processes in Agile workflow that prevent the group from acheiving full benefit of Agile. In some cases these antipatterns can be neagive or disruptive.

• Organizational culture
• Improper Agile fitment
• Improper operating models

Identify and avoid antipatterns

It is always a good idea to test and retest the fitment of your processess and ensure that they deliver value. A process which worked well in the past may be obselete or an impedement at this point. You will not know that until you have done a deep dive into how well your Agile model works. A good test is to see if your Agile model delivers value consistent with the Original Agile manifesto. If not, it may be time to see if some antipatterns are blocking your organizational progress.
